Spreadsheet for Scoring & Sorting Customer Pain

If you need help prioritizing your customer pain items, use this spreadsheet to get started. All you have to do is enter your customer pain items, then assign some basic scores to each one. As you do that, the spreadsheet will plot your pain points on an Impact vs. Effort chart like the one shown in the book. This plot can then be used to decide which pain points you should prioritize in your future state journey.
